Miranda is an exceptional leasing agent ! She has personality plus !! She is a natural. I felt right at home on day one . You cant teach people how to care & be professional It’s about customer care , not customer service with her. She represents The Menlo well . She is an Amazing . Miranda made our apartment search and move in process as stress free as possible. We had some issues at a previous apartment complex in the area and Miranda went above and beyond to make sure that we did not have those same issues here. So far since moving in, the office staff is responsive and helpful. We are happy with the area and the amenities.

Shopping for apartment can feel overwhelming, but there leasing agent, Miranda L, was super friendly and helped answer all my questions. I loved that she showed me around and made me feel comfortable. I love the modern feel on the inside and paradise on the outside! Considering that it's close to the highway, it was still very quiet. If you plan on going for a tour ask for Miranda, she was amazing!

I never thought I would see myself in Jacksonville Florida! However, since Saint Augustine, Florida rent prices have gone through the roof, I have found a new home at the Menlo! The value for what you get for your money is unbeatable comparatively! Beach communities, and beach-life is overrated in my previous experience in Saint Augustine. From first contact, to move-in day, they have gone out of their way to not only be courteous and helpful but also extremely efficient and technology savvy. This is the perfect home for an IT professional and music artist such as myself. The level of sophistication here cannot be overstated! From smart home automation, to key find, and resident portal’s. This place has everything you need to make a move turn-key! Big thank you to Bobby and Brandon for helping me start a new chapter and quality of life!

I relocated from out of state and I didn’t know much about the area. After visiting numerous apartment communities in Jacksonville, I decided to go with The Menlo. I choose the Menlo for a few different reasons. First, the staff in the leasing office was very friendly and helpful. They made accommodations for me to take a tour in short notice since I was only in town for a few days. Also, they never seem to be annoyed by my many questions. Second, the residents were very friendly when I went on my tour. I really got a sense for the community. Lastly, the apartments themselves and the amenities offered are very clean and modern. After moving in and having been living at The Menlo, I am really happy for the decision I made. The only thing that would have changed my rating to 5 stars is if it had more cameras in the parking lot areas for safety just in case.

Living here at the Menlo has been wonderful!! I do want to give a MASSIVE shout out to Miranda!! She has been super helpful & always has a great vibe & energy every time we talk. Its always a pleasure to get to speak with her on the phone & in person :)))

I was shopping for a 3 bedroom couple weekends ago and saw this place off the highway so decided to stop by. Really like the Living room size super big I wish the bedrooms were a little bigger. The girl in the office was absolutely amazing and has the best personality I think her name was Miranda. Would definitely recommend this place.
